Main Business:

1.Product design: through the client's words or sketches to express the creative ideas, our designers (red dot design award winner team members) design the product appearance and reasonable structure design. Reasonable product design is an effective way to improve production efficiency and product yield, so as to reduce product price.

2. Rapid Prototyping: in the early stage of product development, the feasibility of the product shall be verified by rapid prototype proofing. We provide corresponding supporting services, including SLA/SLS 3D printing and CNC machining services, which are quite popular at present. High-quality products and short processing cycle, customers at home and abroad to obtain the affirmation.

3.Mold design and manufacturing: professional technical engineers and precision mold design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM/CAE), focusing on early product feasibility analysis report DFM, so as to avoid mold modification and shorten the mold production cycle.

4. Mass Production: including plastic injection processing, silicone rubber compressing molding, liquid silicone injection molding, metal stamping, aluminum and zinc products die casting.

5.Surface treatment: including printing, spraying, UV paint, Laser, electroplating, water transfer, IMD/IML, texture etching.

6.Value-added services: mold flow analysis, reverse engineering (3D scanning +STL redrawing), product design (appearance design + structure design), optical simulation (light guide plate application).
